As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a non-profit organization committed to expanding sustainable practices, and registered EarthCraft and EnergyStar™ builder, Northwood Ravin works to create environmentally responsible communities and healthy places to live. Several of our communities are LEED® or EnergyStar™ registered.
Because thinking sustainably doesn’t stop after a building is constructed, Northwood Ravin has created the NWR Resident Green Guide, which is available online to all Northwood Ravin residents. The guide provides sustainable measures which can be incorporated into everyday life to ensure safe and environmentally friendly maintenance and upkeep of all Northwood Ravin residences.
